    1. “Jacob’s Trouble” (The Great Tribulation that lasts a thousand years) doesn’t even start until the 7th trumpet when all flesh is done away with.

      “Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.”

      That “day” as in The Day of The LORD and whether or not they get “saved out of it” depends on whether or not they take part in the second resurrection after the thousand years are finished. (“Jacob” at that point becomes a general term for ALL who didn’t take part in the first resurrection and “Israel” means all who took part in the first resurrection.)

      If you mean the Hour of Temptation (satan’s tribulation that lasts for 5 months) then that can’t start until satan and his angels are cast to earth which coincides with the so-called “new world order” coming into existence at the woe of the 5th trumpet.
